Established in 2009, Dales & Shires is a small, independent estate agency based in Yorkshire, offering a dedicated, skilled and proactive service.
We’re a solid, established firm – not an online agent, and not a franchise. From start to finish you’ll deal with one full-time, experienced property professional, and every valuation and viewing is carried out in-house, with no token local ‘representatives’.

We’re open 7 days a week, with viewings and valuations on any day – including evenings.
